His mother picked him up.

Leaving home meant entering a world where nothing was guaranteed.

When his mother went to jail for 30 days, Vincent moved in with his aunt. Eventually, he reached a point where he did not have a stable place to go.

He became a nanny because he needed somewhere to stay.

After losing stability, Vincent's life took him to Holyoke, Massachusetts.

That question would become the beginning of something much larger.

Vincent started mapping out the idea. He kept writing. He kept developing the vision. He used AI as a tool to organize thoughts, explore possibilities, and build the foundation of what would become WordVrs.

The idea was simple: Writers deserve a place. Stories deserve a platform. Words deserve to be heard.

WordVrs was created from personal experience. Vincent understood what it felt like to have something to say but not always have the right place to share it.

Musicians have platforms. Artists have galleries. Video creators have communities.

But writers often struggle to find a home built around their craft.

He moved back to Portland with his sister and her fiancé, but that situation eventually ended. Later, Vincent received Section 8 housing and gained his own place.
